Wtf? Can we at least get a caption?
It's a still from Jacob's Ladder, from the hospital scene in the second half of the movie. Tim Robbins is belted onto an operating table and he's surrounded by doctors who tell him he's dead. Then the eyeless guy with the big needle sticks it into Robbins' forehead.
Oh. Well that's all right then.
